八十三年十月六日 學務會議通過 九十八年六月三日 學務會議提案通過 九十九年九月二十三日 學務會議提案通過 第一條：本會委員除學務長、教務長、總務長、會計主任及各院院長為當然委員外，其餘委員由學務會議教師代表擔任，任期一年。 第二條：學務長任本會會議主席。 第三條：本會職掌如左： 一、決議校內各項獎助學金得獎學生名額。 二、審核校內各項獎助學金申請方式。 三、其他相關事項。 第四條：本會每學期由學務長視需要召開之。 第五條：本辦法經學務會議通過後施行，修正時亦同。每學期由學務長視需要召開之。 |

Rules on Establishing a Scholarship Review Committee

Article 1 In addition to the Dean of Student Affairs, the Dean of Academic Affairs, the Dean of General Affairs, the Director of the Accounting Office, and the deans of each college, all of whom serve as ex officio members, the remaining members of this committee shall be the faculty representatives to the Student Affairs Meeting. The committee term is 1 year.
Article 2 The Dean of Student Affairs shall be the chairperson of this committee.
Article 3 The responsibilities of this committee are as follows:
- Deliberating the number of students receiving NTUNHS scholarships.
- Reviewing the process for applying for NTUNHS scholarships.
- Other relevant matters.
Article 4 This committee shall be convened each semester as deemed necessary by the Dean of Student Affairs.
Article 5 These rules and their amendments shall be implemented following approval at the Student Affairs Meeting.
